This pre-conference workshop will provide an interactive discussion for company officers or for those moving into a company officer role discussing topics such as:  expectations of a company officer, earning trust and respect, crew coordination, shores, company training, physical fitness, informal leaders, how to motivate, managing work/rest cycles, team building, creating crew traditions, investing in growth and development, attitude, crew's PIO, interactions with other shifts, performance evacuations, tailboard talks and more.
