Description
This workshop will take you through a complaint about a fire suppression systems contractor, from the violation to the court hearing. This will be presented from three different angles. The initial fire marshal who noticed the violation, the DFPC unit chief who initiated enforcement, and from the attorney general's office who represented the state in the hearing. It will highlight actions taken, mistakes made, and updates and improvements to the process.
