Brycen Garrison is the Fire Chief and Chief Executive of the Brighton Fire Rescue District in Colorado. A credentialed Chief Fire Officer (CFO) and Chief Training Officer (CTO) with a Master of Science in Emergency Services Management, he brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership in emergency services. Previously serving in roles including Assistant Chief of Training and Special Operations, Garrison has led major initiatives such as a successful mill levy, delivery of a $12M training center, and cultural transformation focused on "Fire Family" values, excellence, and resiliency. He is a frequent contributor to FireRescue1, active in state and regional fire leadership organizations, and passionate about developing the next generation of strategic leaders through servant leadership, optimism, and practical succession strategies.
