He has been consulting for over 39 years.

Bob has worked with fire departments, Fire Chiefs Associations and EMS Associations across the country for more than 38 years. He has assisted fire departments in Foundation Development, Conflict Management, Strategic Planning, and Performance Management, resulting in improved communication, consistency and promoting continuous improvement during that time. He has been an Executive Coach to Fire Chiefs, CEOs and organizational leaders throughout the United States and around the world.
