With over twenty years of teaching experience—including ten in human resources—Beth has taught for institutions such as the City of Grand Junction, Regis University, and the Conflict Center. Beth has deep ties to public safety, with a husband who served in law enforcement and several family members who were firefighters. Originally from Denver, Beth holds a Master of Science degree in Management and a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. She is the CEO/Founder of McGrath Consulting and lives in Montana, with her husband and golden retriever.
