Fire Marshal Symposium
The Fire Marshal Symposium (FMS) is offered exclusively at Fire Leadership Challenge. It's a two-year program that offers high level training and networking of existing and aspiring fire marshals. It is based on the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1037: Standard on Fire Marshal Professional Qualifications, edition 2016 and NFPA 1021: Standard for Fire Officers Professional Qualifications, 2020 Edition.
Attendees will receive International Code Council CEU's for most of the classes that they attend at the conference. These classes are geared towards the education needed to test for your International Code Council Fire Marshal Designation.
After completion of the 2 year track, you will receive a certificate of completion and pin from the State of Colorado Division of Prevention and Control Fire and Life Safety Section.
This year, Fire Leadership Challenge is offering FMS I, so it's a great time to start this program.
